Who is responsible
Marble Kiosk Munch Limited, company number 761403, is responsible for personal information it receives through this website and its editorial correspondence. Our registered office is 42 Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2, D02 R279, Ireland. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests.
What the website processes
The static pages do not provide accounts, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Ordinary delivery of a website exposes technical information such as an IP address, requested resource, request time and browser information to the hosting service. Hosting and security providers may process access logs to deliver the site, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.
The contact tool constructs text entirely in your browser. Its fields are not transmitted by the tool, saved in local storage or sent to us. Copying uses your browser’s clipboard permission; downloading creates a local text file. Your operating system, clipboard manager or download settings may retain those copies.
Email correspondence
If you independently send an email, we receive its content, sender details and associated email metadata. We use that information to consider your observation, answer enquiries, correct content and maintain relevant editorial records. Avoid sending confidential material or sensitive personal information.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining an accurate educational website and responding to correspondence. Where a legal duty applies, we may process information to comply with that duty. We do not use editorial enquiries as a marketing mailing list.
Storage, recipients and retention
Email and hosting providers may process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, protect legal rights or address security incidents. Where a provider transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer safeguards must be used.
Correspondence is retained only while needed to address the enquiry and maintain relevant editorial or legal records. Retention depends on the issue, any continuing dispute and legal obligations. Unnecessary personal details should be removed when the underlying editorial record can be kept without them.
Local preferences and external links
The cookie settings page can save a preference in local storage on your device. See Cookie Settings for the key, purpose and removal options. Links to external sources take you to services with their own privacy practices; they do not receive a request merely because you read a local reference link.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority.
We do not use this site for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. If this policy changes materially, the revised information and effective date will be published on this page.
